Mill Hill Boot Camp was created by former Army Physical Training Instructor JJ Armstrong to provide accelerated fat loss and real outdoor military style training to the residents of Mill Hill, Edgware and the surrounding areas. With many years experience in the weight loss and fitness industries, JJ Armstrong educated to Master's degree level and familiar with training for special needs populations, is a unique coach.
