Bootcamp POWER Resistance Band

For your audio PT Bootcamp workouts you will need your own body resistance band.

POWER RESISTANCE BAND:

If you have a strength band already you can of course use it providing it is effective (provides enough resistance whereby you cannot do more than 30 repetitions of any exercise.

Your goal is to hit between 10 and 30 good quality repetitions of each workout. Once you can do more than 30 reps, you should consider using a stronger band.
